What we collect on foregaze.ai, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
Who we are
ForeGaze ("we") is an AI and operations studio for US small businesses, based in San Jose, California. Questions: hello@foregaze.ai.
What we collect

We do not record what you type into form fields as part of usage tracking: only that a field was used.
AI services
Some features send what you enter to AI providers to produce an answer: Anthropic (Claude), and, when enabled, OpenAI, Google (Gemini and Search), xAI (Grok), Perplexity, Wikipedia and Yelp. We use their business APIs, which do not use API inputs to train their models by default; each provider may keep data for a limited time under its own terms. Don't enter sensitive personal information into these features. AI answers can be wrong; check anything important.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, database, analytics), Resend (email delivery) and the AI providers above process data for us under their terms. We share data with them only to run these features.
Your choices and California rights
- Know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you: email us.
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Delete your saved plan by signing in and asking us, or by email.
- We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, secrets stay on our server, and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date, and email signed-in users about material changes.
